About the Role

As a Senior Security Incident Response Engineer, you'll play a critical role in protecting our customers, brand, and data by investigating and responding to security incidents with clear, proactive communication throughout the incident lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead incident response activities, leveraging your technical expertise to analyze and mitigate security threats
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective security controls and procedures
  3. Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and address vulnerabilities
  4. Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends, applying your knowledge to enhance our incident response capabilities
  5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of macOS, Linux, and Windows operating systems, as well as enterprise log collection and analysis platforms

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in Information Security with a focus on incident response, security engineering, and/or intrusion detection
  2. Strong analytical and investigative skills, with hands-on experience leading root cause analysis
  3. Proficient understanding of threat modeling, operational threat intelligence, and common attack vectors
  4. Experience with system and network hardening practices, as well as endpoint, network, and application logs analysis
