Senior Building Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in construction operations to join our team as a Senior Building Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction design and delivery processes and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality results. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues quickly.
The salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the on-site design process at RIBA Stage 4 and 5
- Ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve project goals
- Identifying and resolving complex issues quickly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong background in construction operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
