Drive Business Transformation with Rotork

Rotork is embarking on a major business transformation, DRIVE, to modernize its systems, align processes, and enhance collaboration to deliver greater value to customers.

The implementation of DRIVE involves the rollout of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Supply Chain Management, including standardized processes documented and maintained across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the point of contact for Enterprise Architecture for DRIVE across Factories, Selling Entities, and Dependencies programs.
  • Support DRIVE IT Function Leads/Function Deployment Leads with solution-related queries and asks from BT DRIVE Programme/Project Managers.
  • Collaborate with FinOps, CE, Integrations, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure solution changes are understood and assessed.
  • Ensure solution governance across processes, platforms, systems, and applications.
  • Consolidate, deliver, and review/approve deliverables required for each deployment phase.
  • Support architecture governance in identifying opportunities for appropriate system use.
  • Analyze business requirements with the Business Analysis team and ensure alignment between expectations and current/future technology capability.
  • Document platform solution architecture across processes, software, data, and infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Experience with D365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service) and Configure Price Quote solutions.
  • Experience with D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, product configurators, and product configurations & bill of materials (BOMs).
  • General CRM/ERP cross-system knowledge and experience, including handoffs and integrations.
  • Understanding of Project Execution and product data management across ERPs and CRMs.
  • Experience with large technology projects, including strategic and tactical planning, implementation, analysis, design, and deployment.
