Drive Business Transformation with Rotork

Rotork is undergoing a major business transformation, DRIVE, to update our systems, align our processes, and enhance collaboration to deliver greater value to our customers. As a Senior CRM Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in this transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the point of contact for Enterprise Architecture for DRIVE across Factories, Selling Entities, and Dependencies programmes.
  • Support the DRIVE IT Function Leads/Function Deployment Leads with solution-related queries and asks from BT DRIVE Programme/Project Managers.
  • Collaborate with FinOps, CE, Integrations, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure solution changes are understood and assessed.
  • Ensure solution governance across processes, platforms, systems, and applications.
  • Analyse business requirements working with the Business Analysis team and align expectations with current/future technology capability.
  • Document platform solution architecture across process, software, data, and infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Experience with D365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service) and Configure Price Quote solutions.
  • Knowledge of D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management with product configurators and bill of materials.
  • General CRM/ERP cross-system knowledge and experience.
  • Understanding of Project Execution and product data management.
  • Experience with large technology projects, including strategic and tactical planning, implementation, analysis, design, and deployment.
