Job Title: Senior Solution Architect

Rotork is undergoing a significant business transformation, known as DRIVE, aimed at modernizing its systems, aligning processes, and enhancing collaboration to deliver greater value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Lead Solution Architect to serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Architecture across DRIVE initiatives.
  • Support IT Function Leads and Project Managers in DRIVE by addressing solution-related queries and providing expertise.
  • Work with the DRIVE Leadership team to ensure resource allocation and coordination with EA Lead Architects.
  • Liaise with EA team members to leverage specific expertise, such as FinOps, CE, Integrations, and Data.
  • Coordinate with other functions, including Engineering, Finance, and Operations, to ensure solution changes are understood and assessed.
  • Act as the solution governance across processes, platforms, systems, and applications.
  • Ensure deliverables are consolidated, delivered, and reviewed/approved for each deployment phase.
  • Support architecture governance in identifying opportunities for appropriate system use.
  • Analyze business requirements with the Business Analysis team and work with stakeholders to ensure alignment between expectations and current/future technology capabilities.
  • Create the technical vision from business requirements and lead the development of a systems solution.
  • Document the relevant platform solution architecture across process, software, data, and infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Experience with D365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service) and Configure Price Quote solutions (e.g., e-Con / Experlogix) for complex quoting scenarios.
  • Experience with D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, including product configurators and knowledge of product configurations & bill of materials (BOMs) linking to items/products.
  • General CRM/ERP cross-system knowledge and experience, including handoffs and integrations.
  • Understanding of Project Execution (use of Project Management Accounting in D365 F&SCM and integrating to D365 CE for Sales/Field Service).
  • Experience working with document generation and management (Lasernet / Loftware beneficial) across D365 F&SCM and CE.
  • Appreciation and understanding of product data management across ERPs and CRMs.
  • Experience with large technology projects, including strategic and tactical planning, implementation, analysis, design, and deployment.
