Drive Business Transformation with Rotork

Rotork is embarking on a major business transformation, DRIVE, to modernize our systems, align our processes, and enhance collaboration to deliver greater value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Supply Chain Management, ensuring seamless integration and standardization across functions.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Solution Architect to drive Enterprise Architecture for DRIVE across Factories, Selling Entities, and Dependencies programs.
  • Support IT Function Leads and Function Deployment Leads with solution-related queries and requirements from BT DRIVE Programme/Project Managers.
  • Ensure solution changes are understood and assessed across FinOps, CE, Integrations, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
  • Act as the solution governance across processes, platforms, systems, and applications, ensuring deliverables are consolidated, delivered, and reviewed/approved.
  • Analyze business requirements with the Business Analysis team and work with stakeholders to ensure alignment between expectations and current/future technology capability.
  • Document the relevant platform solution architecture across process, software, data, and infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Experience with D365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service) and Configure Price Quote solutions (e.g. e-Con / Experlogix) for complex quoting scenarios.
  • Experience with D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, including product configurators and knowledge of product configurations & bill of materials (BOMs) linking to items/products.
  • General CRM/ERP cross-system knowledge and experience, including handoffs and integrations.
  • Understanding of Project Execution (use of Project Management Accounting in D365 F&SCM and integrating to D365 CE for Sales/Field Service).
  • Appreciation and understanding of product data management across ERPs and CRMs.
  • Experience with large technology projects, including strategic and tactical planning, implementation, analysis, design, and deployment.
