As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and supporting a positive culture of quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE) across our organization. This includes engaging with operational teams, educating them on QHSE standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Monitor and inspect QHSE management systems and procedures at site level, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Develop and implement effective QHSE policies, procedures, and training programs to maintain high standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team, clients, and employees to establish and maintain a program of continuous improvement in health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Provide expert advice on QHSE matters, including obligations and responsibilities of directors, managers, and employees.
  • Conduct quality, environmental health, and safety planning, setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and establishing performance management systems.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH NGC Qualified or equivalent.
  • Member of IOSH – Min Tech.
  • Level 3 trainer (Health & Safety Training).
  • Trained ISO Internal Auditor.
  • Evidence of current CPD over a 6-month period.
  • A minimum of 5 years senior management experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a health and safety advisor or equivalent.
  • Robust knowledge of health, safety, environment, and quality standards and implementation.
  • Demonstrable achievement of continuous improvement in the workplace.
  • Sound IT and PC skills, including Microsoft office packages, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Proven record in a Health, Safety, and Environmental role.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.
