About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Compass Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth for our award-winning pharmacy business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development decisions
Requirements
  • 2:1 or above in any undergraduate degree
  • Experience in a medical environment in business development, sales, and marketing roles
  • Up-to-date knowledge of business development, marketing, and technology trends
