Catering Services Coordinator

As a Catering Supervisor at Medirest, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly. This includes preparing delicious food to the highest standards, supervising culinary and service teams, and monitoring KPIs and targets.

About the Role:
- Food Preparation and Presentation**: Prepare mouth-watering dishes to delight our customers.
- Team Leadership**: Lead and develop culinary and service teams to deliver outstanding results.
- KPI Monitoring and Reporting**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets to drive business growth.
- Brand Representation and Image**: Represent Medirest and maintain a positive brand image.
- Customer Liaison and Feedback**: Foster strong relationships with customers and provide feedback to improve service quality.
- Health and Safety Compliance**: Implement and review Health and Safety protocols to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Passion for Food and Customer Service**: Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
- Catering Experience**: Possess a minimum of two years of catering experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Team Management Skills**: Show experience in managing teams and leading from the front to excel in roles.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate**: Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Communication and Organisational Skills**: Display excellent communication and organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Motivation and Ambition**: Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is committed to upskilling and career development.
Salary and Benefits:
