About the Modern Desktop Product Group

The Modern Desktop Product Group focuses on designing and delivering innovative IT services for Kingfisher, employing a project-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing IT solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers and architects.
  • Offer strategic advice on potential solutions and associated risks.
  • Develop comprehensive infrastructure designs.
  • Manage project workflows using JIRA.
  • Define detailed activity and resource plans.
  • Deliver technical services to meet business requirements.
  • Engage with the broader IT community to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of product strategy.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience providing third-line technical support.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver complex technical services in a dynamic environment.
  • Subject matter expertise within relevant product groups.
  • Experience with feedback-driven service design methodologies.
  • Familiarity working within large, global organizations.
  • Strong collaboration skills when working with third parties.
  • Proficiency in Intune, Windows 11, PowerShell, and Modern Management technologies.
