Greyfriars Surgery is a busy NHS practice located in the town centre of Boston, serving nearly 14,000 patients. We have a CQC rating of Good and use SystmOne Web clinical system, Accurx Patient triage, NHS emails, and TeamNet.
Job DescriptionThe Practice Nurse will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and supporting the training of GP Registrars and other nursing staff as required.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment/interventions and care for patients presenting with an undifferentiated diagnosis.
- Clinically examine and assess patient needs from a physiological and psychological perspective and plan clinical care accordingly.
- Experience in General Practice is preferred but not essential.
- Current NMC registration.
- Nurse-led chronic disease clinics.
- Comprehensive clinical pathways that are ever-evolving and introduction to new technologies and ways of working to improve.
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
