We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Influencer Manager to join our team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with top influencers.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a key role within our Relationships team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Senior Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for managing influencer relationships across various brands, developing and implementing effective influencer marketing strategies, and analyzing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage influencer relationships and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with top influencers across various platforms
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance to clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and recommend new influencers and opportunities to expand our network
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in managing influencer relationships and driving campaign results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Full professional proficiency in both German and English
What We Offer
