We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager to join our team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis. As a R&D Manager, you will be responsible for driving product-oriented initiatives, focusing on both the enhancement of existing products and the development of new, innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development process of new in-house products from ideation to launch within the stage gate process.
  • Lead efforts in enhancing the performance and features of existing products.
  • Manage a team of R&D Electronic Development and Software Engineers, including setting and monitoring objectives, conducting annual reviews, and ensuring day-to-day people management tasks are completed.

The ideal candidate will have a degree level qualification in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics preferred), or Physics/Maths BSc/MSc, and must have practical experience with electronic assemblies, firmware & software. The salary for this position is estimated to be £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
