Job Description:

Sous Chef live in opportunity in a busy Luxury Hotel.

  • Manage and run the hotel restaurant kitchen alongside Head Chef
  • Encourage and manage Junior Chefs
  • Prepare meals using fresh produce
  • Kitchen Management duties in chefs absence

Salary & Benefits

  • Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • Live in accommodation provided
  • 42 hour week with straights shifts available
  • Meals and uniform provided

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be working under the guidance of an experienced Head Chef in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. The role requires strong management skills, ability to work unsupervised and have a positive can-do attitude.

Requirements:

  • Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
  • Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants
  • Highly motivated and focused individual
  • Steady career history as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous
