We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Innovator to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland in Gaydon. As a Culinary Innovator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative menus, ensuring exceptional food quality, and leading a health and safety culture across all food service operations.

About the Position:

  • Develop, innovate, and approve menus to meet the needs of our discerning clients.
  • Maintain consistently high food quality standards across all food service operations.
  • Lead a health and safety culture that prioritizes the well-being of our employees and customers.
  • Leverage your culinary expertise to drive business growth and optimize efficiency in the kitchen.
  • Implement effective portion control and waste management practices to reduce waste and optimize resources.

About You:

  • A degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience as a Head or Executive Chef.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional culinary experiences in high-volume feeding environments.
  • Influential leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth.

Compensation Package:

The successful candidate can expect an annual salary of up to £40,000 (dependent on experience), as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including financial wellbeing programs, healthcare plans, and pension schemes.
