Join Our Team as a Seasonal Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Assistant at The Entertainer in Coventry Lower Precinct. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for our customers, helping to find the perfect toy or gift, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

About the Role

This is a seasonal contract, starting from 14th October 2024, and ending on 4th January 2025. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and different days of the week, with the possibility of overtime. You will also be asked to work on Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day, which are some of our busiest days of the year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Assist with restocking shelves, maintaining a tidy store environment, and handling deliveries
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Requirements
