Job Summary:

Main Duties:

As a Clinical Support Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of therapeutic interventions, including group work and one-to-one sessions. You will also contribute to the development of treatment plans, assist with risk assessments, and provide emotional support to service users. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with colleagues and service users will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the delivery of therapeutic interventions, including group work and one-to-one sessions

  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to decision-making

Person Specification:

We are looking for candidates with a Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care or a related field, who have experience working with service users with mental health needs. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, a caring and empathetic approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A knowledge of CPA processes and risk assessment is also essential.
