About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our Sandringham Ward team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to older adults with mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with patients to deliver exceptional care and support, using effective communication skills to engage with individuals and their families.
- Support with personal care, physiological observations, and reporting any concerns to the relevant healthcare professionals.
- Participate in mandatory training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a welcoming and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Care Certificate or achievement within the first 12 weeks of employment.
- NVQ L2/3 in H&SC or Diploma L2/3 in H&SC or apprenticeship L2/3 in H&SC.
- Previous experience within the healthcare sector and understanding of confidentiality issues.
