We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Operations Lead to join our team in Bedhampton. As an Aerospace Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of aerospace solutions, working closely with our team to deliver impactful, energy-efficient programmes that contribute to a sustainable future.
About the Role:
The core business in Bedhampton focuses on the assembly and testing of hydraulic parts for motors and pumps used in aircraft. This role involves providing leadership and expertise to ensure the success of our programmes, driving customer satisfaction and strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to programme teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Oversee programme planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal partners to drive business growth and expansion.
- Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive profitability.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and 20 days annual leave.
