Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and developing innovative solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product designs and features.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide data-driven insights to inform product development decisions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and training guides.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a product support or engineering role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Competitive salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
