About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team. As a senior nurse, you will be responsible for leading our care team and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the care team in delivering high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans that meet individual resident needs
  • Conduct regular reviews of care plans to ensure they remain effective
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • NMC registered nurse with experience in residential care
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
  • Clinical expertise in assessing resident needs and developing care plans
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
