About the Role

At Alina Homecare, we are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide live-in care services to our clients in Hertfordshire.

Job Responsibilities
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in activities with clients to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Personal Care: Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medication Management: Remind clients to take their medication and assist with prescription collection.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy meals for clients and ensure they have access to nutritious food options.
  • Household Duties: Maintain a clean and tidy living environment by performing light housework and laundry duties.
  • Errands and Transportation: Accompany clients on outings and run errands as needed.
  • Mobility Support: Assist clients with mobility issues by providing transportation and support with daily activities.
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and develop new skills. You will need good communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently.
