We are currently seeking a Graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. This role will involve working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop effective support plans for students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with complex needs
  • Develop and implement effective support plans in collaboration with teachers and other support staff
  • Assist students with learning tasks and activities to promote engagement and progress

Requirements:

  • Degree in Criminology or Psychology (or related field)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with challenging behaviors
  • Knowledge of SEMH principles and practices

Benefits:
