The role of Offshore Marine QHSE Senior Group Executive is a vital position within our client's offshore operations. As the leader of the QHSE strategy, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance across the business.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Risk Management & Contract Review: Lead QHSE risk assessments in contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  • Policy Development: Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and strategies across the business.
  • Incident Management: Respond to and report on incidents, with a focus on minimizing non-compliance and driving corrective actions.
  • Training & Development: Promote continuous learning and development, ensuring that teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to maintain the highest safety standards.

Requirements:



  • 5+ years of experience in QHSE management, ideally in the offshore or marine sector.
  • Expertise in risk assessments, contract management, and QHSE systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
  • NEBOSH certification and proven experience leading audits.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, based in Okehampton, Devon, with regular visits to Bradworthy. The role also includes a range of benefits, including 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, 5% employer pension contribution, and life assurance.
