Event and Activities Manager

Creative Support is a leading provider of person-centred support services for adults with learning disabilities and autism. We are seeking an experienced Event and Activities Manager to join our Regional Development Team in Middlesbrough/Stockton.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to develop and deliver innovative event and activity programs for adults with learning disabilities and autism. As an Event and Activities Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging activities and events that promote social inclusion, community integration, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver engaging activities and events that promote social inclusion, community integration, and personal growth
* Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups, organizations, and stakeholders
* Coordinate a small team of staff and volunteers to support event delivery
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of event and activity programs
Requirements:
* Experience in event management, program development, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of adult learning disability services and best practices
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including training and development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
