**Salary**: £23,500 - £27,995
Holiday entitlement: 28 days including 3 days between Christmas and New Year. Plus, Christmas, Boxing and New Year’s Day.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Established in March 2012, Endless Adventure North East is a leading activity provider based in the heart of the North East. We have a 5 Star reputation in delivering bespoke adventures to a number of different clients.

Due to increased demand, we are looking to appoint a highly motivated, professional and skilled individual to join our team.

This post requires a flexible working pattern, which will include evenings and weekends.

Job Purpose:

- To deliver adventurous activities to the highest possible standard to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
- To support in the administration of the company including but not limited to; the booking process, scheduling staff, equipment and vehicles.
- To be involved in the growth of alternative provision and SEND activities.
- To undertake maintenance and repair of equipment as and when necessary and hold responsible for - monitor equipment, record keeping and replacement of equipment. To work with all clients.
- To contribute to the development of Endless Adventure North East and assist in the other areas of the business as required.
- To undertake the administration necessary to ensure the smooth running of programmes or activities, services and facilities.
- To communicate confidently and competently with customers, local authorities, and other professionals that we work with.
- To actively seek new opportunities.
- To undertake on-going health and safety risk assessments and equipment/facilities/venue monitoring records relevant to our activities and inform management if hazards are identified.
- To undertake domestic & supervisory duties ensuring the safety and security of facilities.

**Qualifications.**

Essential:

- Level 2 English
- Level 2 Mathematics

At least two of the following:

- ML, SPA/RCI, Paddle sport Leader, IRF Level 3 raft or inline level 3, white water leader.
- First Aid Certificate - min 16 hours
- Previous experience of working in activity venues used by Endless Adventure North East
- Safeguarding training

Desirable:

- TCL/MBL
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Teaching Qualification
- D1 Minibus (without 101 restriction).
- No more than 3 penalty points on driving license.

**Experience.**

Essential:

- Experience of delivering adventurous activities and outdoor education
- Experience of working with schools and community-based organisations
- Experience of working within AALS requirements
- Experience of SEND and SEMH activity delivery.

Desirable:

- Experience of working in a residential setting
- Experience of LOtC requirements
- Experience of working within a Local Authority
- Experience with Duke of Edinburgh’s Award

**Knowledge/Skills/Aptitudes.**

Essential:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Up-to-date industry knowledge
- A good level of marketing, creativity and social media.

Desirable:

- Ability to deliver training
- Knowledge of local activity locations
