Community Building Specialist

At Venaspace, we are passionate about creating vibrant communities that bring people together. We are seeking an experienced Community Building Specialist to join our team and help us achieve this goal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and leading community building events across our centres, working closely with our Community Team in Bournemouth and Plymouth. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing community building strategies, managing event logistics, and evaluating the effectiveness of events. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the community experience.
