We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a prestigious four-star boutique hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a team of 10 chefs, including a dedicated Pastry team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role within a quality-focused boutique hotel, with experience of cooking to at least 1-2 AA rosette level. They will also possess excellent people and kitchen finance skills, with the ability to provide menu development across all outlets, including afternoon tea and bar menus, in line with Modern British cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 10 chefs, including a dedicated Pastry team
  • Develop and implement menus across all outlets, including afternoon tea and bar menus
  • Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
  • Manage kitchen finances and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a quality-focused boutique hotel
  • Experience of cooking to at least 1-2 AA rosette level
  • Excellent people and kitchen finance skills
  • Ability to develop and implement menus across all outlets
  • Strong leadership and management skills
