Lead Our Culinary Adventure as a Head Chef

This is a unique HEAD CHEF Bench role, which would mean you may be in any of our Las Iguanas restaurants around the North Hampshire / Berkshire area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase authentic Latin American flavors and bold ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Manage kitchen operations to maintain efficiency, productivity, and safety standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
