Deputy General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Daish's Holidays. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels and resorts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of our hotels and resorts, ensuring exceptional customer service and high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service.
- Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Manage cash handling and financial transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
- Manage staff rotas and wages, ensuring fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, members, and customers, promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
