Contract Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining system availability and environmental conditions to help our clients reduce energy costs and minimize greenhouse gas emissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular servicing and maintenance of BeMS systems, ensuring optimal performance and system availability.
  • Conduct small project work, including upgrades, retrofits, and small installations.
  • Provide proactive support to clients, focusing on energy management and system efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and reduce energy consumption.
  • Be available for out-of-hours work as required to meet the needs of the business and clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and suggested improvements.

Requirements:

  • A proactive attitude with a demonstrated commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to maintain customer satisfaction through strong communication and service delivery.
  • Understanding of HVAC applications.
  • Demonstrated electrical skills and competence.
  • Strong report-writing skills to communicate maintenance activities and recommendations effectively.
  • Flexibility to cover various locations and adapt to different project requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with general PC use.
