Deputy Pro Dean for Student Education

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Deputy Pro Dean for Student Education. As a key member of the Faculty of Social Sciences, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional student experience and supporting the Faculty's strategy for student education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Pro Dean for Student Education to develop and implement a strong vision and strategy for student education in the Faculty.
  • Deputise for the Pro Dean as necessary and appropriate across the full range of student education activity.
  • Chair Faculty committees and represent the Faculty at University groups.
  • Take specific responsibility for Student Success and the Faculty's delivery of the Student Success KPIs.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a busy and dynamic environment.
  • Strong vision and creativity to drive a strong student education strategy.
