Deputy Pro Dean for Student Education Leader

We are seeking a Deputy Pro Dean for Student Education Leader to support the Faculty of Social Sciences in delivering an outstanding student experience.

The successful candidate will have the leadership skills, ambition, and creativity to drive a strong vision and strategy for student education in the Faculty.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Pro Dean for Student Education and Academic Leads for Student Education to drive a strong vision and strategy for student education.
  • Deputising as necessary and appropriate across the full range of student education activity.
  • Chairing Faculty committees and representing the Faculty at University groups.
  • Taking specific responsibility for Student Success and the Faculty's delivery of the Student Success KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of excellence in student education, combined with excellent skills in leadership, team working, and collaboration.
