Financial Business Partner Opportunity

Keeler Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will work closely with Profit Centre Managers to develop and implement robust financial models, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Profit Centre Managers to develop and update project costing models, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Manage monthly financial deliverables, ensuring projects remain on target and financial performance is optimized.
  3. Review and manage project and contract accruals, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  4. Create and maintain accounting policies, ensuring consistency and adherence to financial standards.
  5. Lead the financial aspects of tender cycles, ensuring both financial and operational requirements are met.
  6. Work with legal teams to ensure contracts are compliant with financial and legal standards.
  7. Provide financial insight and analysis to support company strategy and decision-making.
  8. Manage dynamic financial models for budgeting, P&L, and cash flow, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning.
  9. Oversee monthly financial reporting, working with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  10. Evaluate financial risks and provide recommendations for mitigation, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.
Requirements:
  1. Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience in a similar role.
  2. Strong background in a busy office environment, interacting with management teams and stakeholders.
  3. Extensive experience in financial project delivery and business modelling, with a strong understanding of financial acumen and adaptability.
  4. Strong IT skills, particularly with Office applications and company systems, with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
