Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Seatrium ORS Ltd, a rapidly expanding and fast-paced business, is working exclusively in partnership with Keeler Recruitment to recruit a highly skilled and proactive Finance Business Partner. This role will focus on working closely with Profit Centre Managers to develop robust contract/project costing models, ensure accurate monthly updates, and support financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Profit Centre Managers to develop and update project costing models.
  • Manage monthly financial deliverables to ensure projects remain on target.
  • Review and manage all project and contract accruals.
  • Create and maintain accounting policies (e.g. Revenue Recognition, Warranty Provisions).
  • Lead the financial aspects of tender cycles, ensuring both financial and operational requirements are met.
  • Work with legal teams to ensure contracts are compliant with financial and legal standards.
  • Provide financial insight for company strategy and decision-making.
  • Manage dynamic financial models for budgeting, P&L, and cash flow.
  • Oversee monthly financial reporting and work with various stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Evaluate financial risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong background in a busy office environment interacting with management teams.
  • Extensive experience in financial project delivery and business modelling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
