About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a crucial role in driving financial delivery, protecting the business from risk, and transforming supplier-led innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Group Procurement, Suppliers, and Customers to accelerate financial delivery and protect the business from risk.
  2. Own the procurement process within the business, ensuring it operates efficiently within the Group's procurement framework and maximizes benefits from the Group's expertise and opportunities.
  3. Develop and deliver the business's Price Variance and Profit Improvement Plan, ensuring central procurement understands and delivers strategic and operational needs.
  4. Work with the procurement team to identify and capitalize on opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience working within a procurement function, ideally within food manufacturing.
  2. Proven track record of driving step changes within a business.
  3. Ability to deliver high-performance standards for self and the team.
