As a Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team, delivering KPIs, and building strong working relationships with both your own team and across different functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily budgets, including labour and materials, and report on these on a daily basis.
  • Ensure conformance to daily plans, ensuring that your area is audit and GMP compliant on a daily basis.
  • Put safety at the forefront of what you do, ensuring procedures are complied with, including logging accidents and near misses if they happen.
  • Directly manage a team, manage headcounts, and upskill and develop team members.
  • Oversee the absence management of your team and conduct investigations and disciplinaries where appropriate.
