Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at mbf. as a key support function within our Financial Planning Division.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Financial Planning Directors and Financial Planners, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Planning Directors and Financial Planners, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the coordination of client meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve productivity and workflow.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a financial services or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
