Training and Development Partner

We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Partner to join our People Operations team at New College Swindon. This key role will play a pivotal part in ensuring all colleagues have access to continuous professional development opportunities that enable them to excel in their roles and meet the demands of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the College's training and development programs, including onboarding, performance management, CPD, and leadership development.
  • Work closely with managers, colleagues, and the e-learning team to ensure all training initiatives are relevant, effective, and aligned with individual and organisational goals.
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the College and its employees.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
