An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist and Support Specialist to join our team in a leading Chartered Financial Planning firm based in the UK.

You will be working closely with a skilled team of professionals to deliver exceptional financial planning solutions for clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Supporting the team with reporting and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Collaborating with Financial Planners to arrange and prepare for client meetings.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and data entry.
Requirements for Success
  • A background in the Financial Advisory sector is essential for this role, requiring a strong understanding of financial procedures and software.
  • Familiarity with the organization's operations and processes is also necessary.
  • The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £26,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including:
