**Job Overview:** We are looking for a Senior Test Support Engineer to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd, where you will play a key role in supporting our testing activities across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and development, with a focus on propulsion systems. You will be responsible for providing hands-on engineering support on test cells, installing new equipment and upgrading facilities.

**Responsibilities:

  • Test Equipment Maintenance: Investigate and resolve day-to-day faults with test equipment to maintain a high level of testing efficiency.
  • Test Routine Development: Program dyno control/logging systems with automated test routines and logging to optimize test data collection and analysis.
  • Facility Management: Specify, cost, plan and deliver upgrades to the test facility to ensure a state-of-the-art testing environment.
  • Report Writing: Analyze test data and write reports to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in testing and development within Motorsport, Automotive, Aerospace or Marine sectors.
  • Strong understanding of internal combustion engines and their systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.

**Salary and Benefits:** Estimated salary is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
