We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pastry Assistant to join our culinary team at this luxurious hotel in Aberdeenshire.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented pastry professional to work in a 5-star environment, helping us deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As Senior Pastry Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Pastry Chef in the running of the pastry kitchen, producing high-quality pastries and desserts, managing a team of Pastry Chefs, and ensuring standards are maintained while training and motivating junior team members.
