We are currently seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to lead our culinary team at RVG's Retirement Village in Essex.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of experienced chefs in planning and preparing delicious meals for residents and guests.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve food quality, presentation, and efficiency.
  3. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  4. Recruit, train, and motivate a team of chefs to achieve outstanding performance.
  5. Foster positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable contracts.
Requirements
  1. At least 5 years of experience in senior culinary roles.
  2. Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ambitious and driven, with a passion for innovation and excellence.
Package
  1. Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
