About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Developer to join our in-house Design Centre team at Footasylum. As a key member of our Product Development Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth development process of our own brands, including Zavetti Canada, KWD, and Alessandro Zavetti.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Product Development Team to ensure timely and efficient development of products.
  • Liaise with factories to chase in lab dips, strike offs, samples, and check submissions.
  • Assist in product development, ensuring products meet safety standards and minimum requirements.
  • Visit the warehouse regularly to undertake QC checks and ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Assist with measuring and sending comments on own brand samples across men's, women's, juniors, and accessories.
  • QC bulk production and provide feedback to factories, maintaining a QC log.
  • Responsible for creating AQL inspection sheets and measurement sheets for 3rd-party inspections.
  • Ensure all photo samples and SMS are arranged when needed and logged correctly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Highstreet Fashion Industry.
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Pro-active approach and ability to show initiative.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
