Adecco UK Limited is seeking a dedicated Supplies Officer to support Lincolnshire Police's Nettleham HQ in Lincoln. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient provision of uniform services to Police Officers and Staff.

Key Responsibilities

This temporary ongoing position involves:

  • Managing stock levels, maintaining accurate records, and forecasting future requirements.
  • Processing internal requisitions for replacement uniform, adhering to scale of issue limits.
  • Monitoring supplier lead times and ordering stock accordingly.
  • Maintaining the Stores environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Responsible for the safe storage and disposal of PAVA (Section 5 firearm) and other specialist items.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Windows-based and/or Oracle applications.
  • Basic Health and Safety training or qualification.
  • A Full Driving Licence.
  • Relevant experience in a Stores environment, preferably within a uniformed setting.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.28 and the opportunity to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
