Citrus Recruit Ltd is seeking a skilled Financial Services Specialist to join their team in a Business Development role. This exciting opportunity involves building relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and managing a sales pipeline.

We require an individual with excellent communication and numeracy skills, as well as intermediate Excel knowledge. The ideal candidate will be driven to succeed, have good listening skills, and be able to delegate tasks effectively.

The successful candidate will earn an estimated salary of £44,000 per annum, plus an uncapped commission structure and other benefits such as 23 days holiday + BH and pay mileage at 45p a mile. This is a remote role, requiring the individual to live in the relevant patch area.
