Astute People is currently recruiting a skilled Performance Engineer for our client's Energy from Waste site in the South East of England.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall profitability.
- Implement changes through close collaboration with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
- Leverage data analysis to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with external partners as necessary to achieve strategic objectives.
- Relevant HNC/HND/degree-level education in a field related to engineering.
- Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using the DCS control system is highly desirable.
- An attractive salary capped at £38,018.
- Eligible for quarterly bonuses based on performance.
