School Improvement Lead

We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our team as the Head of School at Leeds and Broomfield C of E Primary School. As part of the ASPIRE federation, you will be responsible for leading one school within a network of four institutions.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving change, securing high standards of teaching and learning, and implementing new systems to improve student outcomes. You will be an outstanding teacher with significant whole-school responsibility, passionate about providing an education that ensures children make excellent progress in environments where they are valued.
We aim to provide an education that embodies our values of Kindness, Understanding, Patience, Honesty, Love, and Boldness. The successful candidate will understand what it takes to be a good or outstanding school and have successful experience of driving change at pace.
