Senior Nurse General

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse General to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for our residents with a range of mental and physical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of new residents and implement safeguarding policies
- Administer medicines in line with NMC regulations
- Support and mentor your team to deliver high-quality nursing care
- Develop and implement care plans and detailed risk assessments
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration and a mentoring or supervision qualification. You will also need to have experience of working with older people and acting as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship.
