Disability Services Assistive Technology and Data Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Disability Services Department as an ALS Systems & Technology Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve the administration function within the department.
- Lead the development and delivery of assistive technology provision, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Promote the use of assistive technology to enable learner independence and maximize funding.
- Oversee the Assistive Technology Loans Service and Materials Service.
- Lead the delivery of a student-focused Helpdesk service.
- Manage and monitor the use of supported study areas across all campuses.
- Collect and respond to student feedback.
- Interpret funding guidance and regulations.
- Ensure timely submission of funding claims.
- Collaborate with the Head of Disability Services on purchases and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records to support quality assurance and audit processes.
- Provide funding updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor the use of AT resources and ensure value for money.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our passionate Disability Services Department and lead our Assistive Technology Service. As the College's source of expertise on assistive technologies, you will be responsible for developing and delivering assistive technology provision, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
